Pilates Studio FAQ

Welcome to Oasis Pilates and Wellness—we’re so glad you’re here! Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, here’s everything you need to know before your first visit.

1. What is Pilates?

Pilates is a mindful movement method that strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and supports overall posture and balance. It’s a low-impact practice suitable for all bodies, ages, and fitness levels.

2. I’m a complete beginner. Can I still join a class?

Absolutely! We welcome beginners and offer tailored sessions to help you feel confident and supported. Our instructors are trained to modify movements for all levels and needs.

3. What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely—form-fitting is ideal so instructors can see your alignment. Grip socks are recommended (and required for equipment classes). Grip socks can also be purchased in our studio for €8.

4. What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes including:

  • Reformer Pilates

  • Cadillac and Chair classes

Booking is easy! You can reserve your spot online through our bookings page, or contact us directly by phone or email. We recommend booking early as class sizes are intentionally small.

6. What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.

7. Do you offer private sessions?

Yes! Private sessions are perfect for personalized support, specific goals, or injury recovery. These 1:1 sessions can be scheduled at your convenience and are tailored just for you.

8. I have an injury / medical condition—can I still do Pilates?
